The Pledge to Impeach Campaign was launched on September 8th, 2006 in Los Angeles and spread quickly across the nation. To date,
pledges have been received from 38 states and Washington D.C.. PTI spokesman, Anthony St. Martin, has addressed cheering public
rallies, democratic clubs, and community associations in Los Angeles, Orange County, Minneapolis, and Washington D.C.. Echoing
Thomas Paine, who observed that "failed petitions merely serve to encourage tyrants" St. Martin insists that the many petitions and
public demonstrations of the last several years have not only failed to stop the illegal policies of the Bush administration, but have
actually encouraged these would-be tyrants to grab more and more power. "We need to stop failing and start winning!"
The dramatic failure of a national election to bring a bill calling for impeachment to Congress is further evidence of how serious the need
for the American Public to act on their own behalf has become.
"The Democratic leadership's continuing protection of George Bush from certain impeachment while failing to mount any opposition to
either the nomination of Robert Gates or the expanding war in Iraq has revealed once and for all the death grip this administration has
on our Representatives in Congress."
This Graphic(at right) was drawn two years ago to illustrates how a network
of individuals all serving the same private agenda, operate within the White
House and Cabinet offices, utilizing their authority over a myriad of intelligence
agencies and the U.S. Armed Forces to influence, seduce, and intimidate the
Members of the American People's Congress. Essentially, every Member can
be included in one of three "spheres of influence"; They are either a member
of the Inner Circle and are consistently moving the agenda forward; are not a
member of the Inner Circle, but a "Wanna Bee" and therefore will do whatever
they must in order to ingratiate themselves to their mentors; and, finally the
"Never Gonna' Bees", who are never going to accept the treasonous objectives
of the Inner Circle, but are too intimidated to oppose them.
It is my firm view that unless everyday Americans realize that WE are an
occupied nation and that We must take action to defy those who would "rule"
our land as if it were a feudal territory, Abraham Lincoln's most dreaded
fear will come to pass and the great American democracy will "perish from
the earth."
Our only hope is to utilize our Constitutional right to oppose any attempt by
any party, either foreign of domestic, to seize ultimate power over the
United States of America. By that high authority we are organizing the
American People into a force capable of impeaching and removing from office
those persons who have repeatedly abused the power given them by the same
people who will now take it back.
A national election is the most powerful form of petition we have in our democracy, yet the people's demand for an end to the war in Iraq
and the impeachment of this criminal administration was preemptively crushed when Nancy Pelosi instructed the Democratic Party
leadership to capitulate by taking impeachment "off the table" on the eve of certain victory. This inexplicable surrender in the face of
victory must be without precedent in political or military strategy.
"From what I have seen and heard from people across this nation I believe that all freedom loving Americans, Republicans as well as
Democrats, have in their character the will to protect their freedom. And right now, an overwhelming majority want to do whatever is
necessary to be rid of George Bush and the private interests he fronts. But every day our people are bombarded with misinformation and
are further discouraged by the actions of weak leadership, until they have serious doubts they can succeed."
Doubt ends with confidence and confidence comes from a sound and promising plan. Our plan is called the Plan for Victory. Simply put,
our campaign is currently gathering America's pledged support for impeachment BEFORE delivering the demand to Congress that they
represent that support or suffer a national strike and general boycott.
We ask that you to read The Plan in its entirety before signing a Pledge and join us in this campaign to regain our democracy from those
who currently seek to dismantle our Constitution and use our people and our resources to their own misguided ends. Clearly, our
military has been privatized before our very eyes. Our roads are being sold to foreign countries, who will in turn create toll roads,
foreshadowing a day when only the rich will have access to the best roadways while the American workers sit in gridlock. Our culture is
managed by a handful of media and high-tech corporations, while most children are no longer available to a first class education and
workers lose their jobs to imported labor. This will not stop until Americans re-assert their individual right to participate in their own
government. In the past we did that through the election process, but that path is now closed.
Once you have studied our PLAN we ask that you sign a PLEDGE to be added to those to be delivered to the floor of Congress when the
bill to impeach is introduced. An alternative strategy of implementing the Jefferson Manuals Memorial will be employed should not a
single Member of the new Congress have the courage to introduce the bill.
